Stay away. We had dealt with Gold Star for years mostly because of their great customer service. NOT ANYMORE. We dealt with them for a new dishwasher INSTALLED and after waiting 2 days with no confirmation on a delivery date or time, the dishwasher showed up delivered but they wouldn't install it. We agreed on the extra $ upfront for an installation and now Frank is calling my husband a liar and saying that we dealt for delivery only. REALLY? Why in the world would we have had a converstation about installation fees if we didn't want it installed, Frank? \r
Maybe someone can come tomorrow to install it.... MAYBE? \r
I'm so sad to say that GOLD STAR has gone down the tubes. This was once the best place in the metroplex to buy appliances.
