Joel was very professional and courteous. I don't just like someone to come out and just fix something, I like to understand what the issue and is and how it will be repaired. Joel was very knowledgable, and patient taking the time to explain everything. He did the work in a very timely manner. I am very grateful to him and the company for coming out such short notice. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter in the future as well as use their services.
