Companion Animal Hospital is really on top of it. In my experience with vets I have dealt with some ups and downs. In this past case my beloved dog ended up with an ailment that was excruciatingly costly at a time when my family had a harsh decision to make.
The doctor we dealt with at the time didn't push us. He didn't do anything more than make sure that the family was taken care of first. He told us he was here if we needed him and if we were able go ahead with the treatment. He provided options and then sat back patiently.
We were able to make it happen and save our dog's life. It wasn't a harsh push from the doctor, though. He was very casual in making sure we were aware of our situation. He allowed us to take the time we needed to come up with the funds to take care of our animal.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They are really good at remembering pet's names and remembering the owners as well. I don't go in often now, just once every two months or so, but they still remember my dog and always ask about my dog. It's really an amazing group of people in that facility.
