I literally just switched to them 5 days ago after being with my previous family owned company for years. The main reason for the switch was the 20cent difference in oil. I signed up for the gold service plan and was kind of annoyed that my annual service was not happening until January. However, I was reassured by Michael that if any problems occur I am covered. Low and behold Saturday night ...problem. The tech was here for a couple of hours (he got here fast) and fixed and replaced nozzles ,seal and some other mechanical thing. My other company did not cover the mechanical thing . I am very very impressed and let me tell you I am not easily impressed. So far I am very pleased and foresee a happy business relationship.
