Just awful! Rude staff, dirty, smells bad, and they wouldn't allow me to see where my dog would be kept. I notice on their website, u never see anybody monitoring the dogs in the play areas. Does anyone else work there besides the rude front desk guy? Hope so, because that guy made sure I will never be back. I was a new customer and he started criticizing me for being too nice to my dog. Huh? I didn't ask for his opinion, but he jumped all over me trying to ""train me."" How about being polite first, maybe even ask some questions about the dog or otherwise act like u care. This guy treated me like he was so put out by me and my dog. I wasn't going to put up with that. There r so many better boarding options!
