We have stayed at 917 Arch Street for a total of three times as short term renters, often for two weeks at a stretch. The apartments are modern with a refrigerator and dishwasher. It is conveniently located in center city philadelphia on the border of chinatown. As a result it is easy to get to many Phiadelphia attractions from here. The main downside to the apartments (at least as a short term renter for whom signing a new internet contract is not worth it) is the lack of internet and cable. The last time I stayed they provided silverware, bowls and plates. It would have been nice to have some pots and pans. Otherwise the management is generally responsive to our concerns.
