Ben White Automotive Research. I wanted to give 0 stars, but did not have that option. I am a single mom of 4 and only have Wed and Thur off. I called Ben White Automotive because my father found a coupon on the website for a 4 wheel rotation. My father called to see if I need to make an appointment and the man that answered said that I just need to come in with the coupon. So, just to make sure, I called as well and asked when I could come in. The same man that answered told me that I can come anytime after lunch. I asked, well what time is your lunch? He said anytime after 12. I showed up right at 1pm and was told that I could not be seen. I explained that I had just spoken with him on the phone and he told me to come in anytime after 12. He then interrupted me and rudely told me that he had some others come in and it is first come first serve. He did not tell me this when I called. As I was leaving, he said here take our card. I declined. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone due to the horrible customer service and false information given to me. I drove all the way out there only to have to go all the way back home. My father works for IBM and I work for the State....I have a lot of people looking for car repair etc....I will not be recommending this place at all.
