The property management company for our HOA issued numerous notices to have the algae stains removed from our roof through pressure washing. Knowing pressure washing shingle roof will cause more damage to the roof than the algae will cause, I was looking for a company to properly clean our roof. Pressure Washing Windermere and the team use a zero pressure technique. They climbed onto our roof, sprayed a cleaning solution on the roof using a hand sprayer and then using their equipment from the ground, sprayed water on the roof (similar to rainfall) to rinse the algae and cleaning solution away. The stains are completely gone and our roof looks brand new. Everyone was very professional and followed up later in the afternoon once the roof dried to ensure all the stains were gone.
