It's simple and easy to get set up with iStorage San Bernardino. I've been storing with them a little over a month. I needed a spot to put a full size van, so I went over and spoke with them and was able to set up a spot quickly. The lady who works there is someone you can talk to, so it's a nice experience to go set up a storage space.
