Took my 745LI BMW in for a smashed-up front end on the recommendation of BMW of Tulsa.\r
After getting the solid run-a-round from Lauren throughout the entire process, My car was returned without the headlights even being aligned. They replaced both headlight assemblies and everything else on the front of the car. Their excuse for not physically looking at the headlights was that the car should have told them the lights were out of alignment. Now I am having small pieces fall off my car on a regular basis. Each time they have to do another repair, it is the same run-a-around from Lauren again. She forgets to call, she forgets to get things painted. I would not take my expensive automobile to this shop for them to ruin and then listen to them make excuses for their poor service and shoddy workmanship. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!\r
