Metro Garage Door is a great company. They fixed the garage door at my mother's house after the spring on the door broke and we couldn't lift it. They identified the problem right away, replaced the spring and gave us some tips on how to keep the rollers on track. The workers were very nice and knew what they were doing.
Even before the spring on the door broke the door did not open smoothly. After replacing the spring, the workers noticed that one of the pulleys on the side of the door was not working properly, and they took care of it. It seemed that someone, from another company or maybe even a family member, had attempted to fix it previously but had not done it correctly.
Overall we had such a good experience with Metro Garage Door. They fixed the garage door with no hassle and it has been working well since.
