Surf City did termite inspection and treated. They were prompt and called before they arrived. They arrived when they said they would and were punctual--that's important to me.
One thing I didn't like was, during the inspection, the guy actually did some damage to some wood--he pulled a part of it off. He said he could patch it but I didn't understand why it was damaged in the first place.
