A custom role up door was ordered with several sketches and pictures showing the size needed, the wrong size door was ordered and and shipped for my door opening, My company was left with the option of ordering an other door and pay freight or to make alterations to install the wrong door. We with a large expense installed the door that was the wrong size. With all the information and pictures given this should of never happened!
