The staff is what really got me…SUPER friendly and knowledgable and they REALLY CARE about you, unlike the big business gyms we've all tried and hated! \r
Bottom line... this place is the highlight of my day. I am getting stronger everyday.\r
+ classes are FUN. The hour will zip by!\r
+ you will get a really good workout--\r
+ teachers are SO nice and helpful, they really want to teach good technique\r
+ each teacher has their own style and they mix up the routines so you won't get bored. Did I mention~I LOVE~ this place??\r
