Box Home Loans is amazing! Thankfully, they recommended I get pre-approved before looking for a home to purchase. They sent my documentation to an underwriter and I was able to know with confidence that I really was approved, as in underwriter approved with only one condition, find a home within the approved purchase price. They suggested I use Home Scouting to find the right home and I loved it. The “Quick Alert” email gave me the advantage of being first in line for new listings. This came in handy when I found the perfect home and there were multiple offers the first day it hit the market. Thanks to my fast acting Realtor and the Box Pre Approval I won the bidding war for the home of my dreams and I negotiated a quick closing. Needless to say I could not be happier with Box Home Loans! Things went so quickly I could hardly believe it when I was already signing the closing papers.
