Because of the time of year (fall), it took me about a month to get an appointment on the calendar. However, the scheduler was very friendly and informative. Felipe was our cleaning expert and he extremely professional, friendly and thorough. He communicated his process very clearly and walked around the house before and after the cleaning showing us what he was doing. We also received before and after pictures of every duct. I will recommend Ductworks to my friends.
