I was a bit annoyed to pay $20 for a tire rotation with my oil change, since I was told that my last rotation was about a year ago. I thought it had been done more recently, but I didn't have my records with me. Later I found my records where I saw it had been done just 3 months prior - and it turns out that information was also in the store's records as well, but the employee had missed it.
I guess my fault for not having my records with me when I dropped my car off, but still...
