Regarding the store on Semoran Blvd...HORRIBLE!!!! I have no idea how this store has not been closed down yet. The first time we ordered from them for an employee's birthday the order never came, no one answered the phone, and finally corporate got involved and we received the order 2 days later. We gave them another shot for another employee's birthday (shame on us!) and come close of business at 5pm they finally pull up as our birthday girl is walking out the door. However, when asked where the bundle of balloons was that we ordered the driver said ""They flew away and I couldn't catch them"". WOW!! I am beyond shocked at how this business is run. STAY AWAY!
