My check engine light had been on/off for a few months, so along with my oil change on the 12th, Rene/service diagnosed the issue (EGR valve). I had to order one of the parts via James, he called me the next day and I scheduled an appt. on the 15th. Everybody was easy to talk to and I appreciated the recommended services paperwork. I didn't feel pressured to schedule anything right away, the Check Engine light will cost me enough for now. Overall a positive experience and I'll continue to bring my truck in for service/maintenance .. Kevin Todd
