I called late last night to have my garage door rollers replaced - figured someone could come in the next month. Wow, Kane was here at 8:15 this morning. I asked if they could replaced the seal while they were here. And oh, can you recommend a garage door opener so I can go buy one and spend this cold wet day replacing my old one.\r

Less than 2 hours, my rollers are replaced, my seal is replaced, my opener is replaced with a Liftmaster opener with remotes, outsider opener, cars are programmed, and for way less than it would cost to go to the big box store and begin shopping for a new one and I didn't have to spend hours in the garage listening to my husband gripe and cuss. \r

If all vendors were like Plano Overhead Garage Door - they have customer service, a great product, good employees and they have made my Thanksgiving wonderful. \r

If you ever need garage door service, these guys are awesome! Kane explained how to program cars, troubleshoot any problems and the warranty. I am giving them a perfect 10.
