I have been going here for years. My doctor there is great but staff is sometimes a bit clueless and it's not unusual to spend an hour just waiting to be taken back to be weighed, bp taken, etc. Then another half hour before doctor comes in. I had the misfortune to have to deal with Dr. Vance Sanders when I had a weekend emergency medical problem. He was so rude, crude, and offensive, my husband said, Who were you talking to and what is his problem? I literally got off the phone and cried and I'm not a crier by nature. He must be the meanest medical professional I've ever dealt with.
