My 2008 Saturn needed a part to repair a rear door that would not unlock with the remote. I took several months and several phone calls by me before the part was obtained. Once it was, the repair was made in just under 2 hours and now the door works like new. My dissatisfaction comes from having to repeatedly call about getting the part to fix the door lock.
