Evolution has done a wonderful job representing my daughter. We signed with Evolution in 2008 and since then, my daughter has auditioned for and booked dozens of jobs. Her agent there is Brittany and she books my daughter regularly for print ads for companies like Belk and CWD Kids. She has booked commercials for major companies such as Nissan and Novant Health and has booked her in supporting roles in 2 major feature films that were both ranked #1 in the box office. Evolution also helped to connect us with a great manager out in LA and get us signed with an A+ children's agency out there. My daughter did do the Talent INC training program when she was younger, but it was not a prerequisite to be with Evolution. Talent INC was referred to us and we chose to do it for the training that she would receive from it. They are two completely separate companies. Evolution does not require talent to take classes at the Talent INC Performing Arts Studio, they give talent that need additional training this option as one of many performing arts studios in the Charlotte area to learn and grow from so that they can be competitive when Evolution sends you out on auditions. If you ever want to go to a bigger market to make it as an actor, you need to understand that training is essential to success and you must invest in quality training to make it in this industry. Both Evolution as an agency and Talent INC as an educational training program have set our daughter up for success. \r
