Glenn Lobsinger was our inspector for our new home. We were there when he was doing the inspection. He went over his schedule as to how the inspection would go and told us the key points to the inspection. He advised us to take our time to walk around the home and see our furniture in it. As he inspected the home, anytime there was an issue he would find us and bring it to our attention right away. There was not a question that we had that he did not answer and explain it to us that we understood. He was very professional. There was an issue with the drain field and he came back tot he property to resolve the issue at 4:30 on a Friday. Wow! If or when we need another inspection there is no doubt that we will call Advantage Inspection and have Glenn do it. He was the BEST!!!
