After having a twins, I needed to lose the weight and get back in shape. I tried several gyms and nothing seemed to motivate and inspire me. I was use to working out with one of the greatest trainers in LA. I love kickboxing so I thought I would try it. This place provides the same type of high intensity training just like my personal trainer in LA! They keep members involved with a facebook page where they provide tips an recipes. They even go above and beyond by having social gatherings such as a halloween & Christmas party along with other nightly events that keep members involved with another. Does your local gym do that?? If you are serious about losing weight then join eight limbs studio and become part of the gang!
