Our Ductworks technician NIck was amazing. He spent 8 and a half hours in our home. He went above and beyond the call of duty! He was very careful to not knick our walls or damage our carpet. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and explained a lot to us about the process and different aspects of our furnace. We were scheduled to have furnace work done with heating company at the same time today, luckily they didn't show up. Nick's very thorough cleaning saved us $500 today! He was extremely courteous and kind. He never tried to sell us something we didn't need, and his honesty was well above par! We will definitely use this company again, and request Nick!
