The young man that took me back to the shop wanted me to drive on the floor hoist. My wife's car is too for this type of hoist. This car needs to be serviced by the hoist with the arms. After telling the young man he had me drive to the correct hoist. My concern is if my wife has it serviced she will not remember to tell the person and her car will be damaged again.
