I would have given 5 stars, except that I had to go show the service advisor their online specials they advertised in order to get them. If they have an existing customer, the dealership should automatically give their best advertised price rather than make the customer jump through hoops. If I had found the special prices after I paid for the service, they would have turned a very happy customer into a very UNhappy customer.
