The quality of the door is excellent, easy to install. The customer service is beyond great. They helped me size the door pre-purchase, and changed my order when I needed them to. During install, I accidentally took off a part and threw it out, I called them up and they sent me new item free of charge! Who does that anymore? I would recommend these to anyone thinking of a roll-up door
