I can't believe they claim to specialize in Bulova repair. I sent mine in for a new clasp and got it back with a part that might have cost $1 at the most including the shipping! If you want to pay a lot for a really cheap part this is the place to go. Almost impossible to get a hold of on the phone and very rude to boot! How are you still in business when you treat customers like this?
