Our kitchen faucet broke the other day . . . just plain broke in half without reason or warning! After getting over the shock and getting a lovely new faucet at WalMart, we had to admit neither my husband nor I, neither one of us is ""handy,"" to say the least! (To be honest, we've each got 10 thumbs!)\r

Having already used Roto-Rooter for many plumbing services already, I was extremely happy to see they also provide the type of basic service we needed: to install a faucet!\r

John came over within a half hour of the time promised (between 2-4pm), looked at the lovely faucet we had purchased, agreed with us that the faucet was great, and had it installed and working in less than 20 minutes. John also discovered a small leak somewhere in the sink and fixed that, too.\r

This was a wonderful experience: John was professional, thoughtful, experienced, and a great conversationalist. We will not hesitate to call these great folks for our next ""project,"" whether it is an emergency or not.
