Somerby is a wonderful place to live and my mother is so happy to be a part of this fabulous community. We explored other retirement communities and when we found Somerby, she knew that this was the place that she wanted to be a part of. At first, she was a bit reluctant to move into any community. She thought that it would be difficult to meet new friends. The residents are wonderful people and made her feel very welcome upon the first day of her arrival. The management team and the staff are also wonderful people. They will go out of their way to make sure that the residents needs are met. My mother has made many new friends. I actually think that she probably has more of an active lifestyle than I do at times. She always tells me about the many activities that are available to choose from. She also raves about the delicious meals that are served. She also loves her beautiful apartment. I never have to worry about mom because I know that she is in a safe environment with people who really care about her.\r
