I see the note by Laura - I'm the customer. I was told would get credit for the duplicate next time we came in for exam or treatment (and credit because we came on ""seniors discount day"" and didn't get the discount (I had mentioned it when made appointment but was told I should have said it again at check in for appointment). Didn't ""come back for credit"" because haven't been notified to do so, and wasn't here when shot time this year ). Nice lady and staff, but not real thrilled with cat getting two rabies shots within a month of each other.
