Be cause. My car was only going to be looked at(you put struts in my car in June) and was under warrant you were loosing money in labor. If you want to run s business its all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. my car was finally put on a rack but it was still 15 minutes later and it still wasn't looked at about my brakes.(I was told they were pulsating). I had to ask two times to have my car put down off the rack and given to me. Opvuously with you people its all about the money. If you want return business its akk about how you treat the customer. Even if the problem is under warranty or not. Even if you want me to recommended you to other people for future business($). Which I will not. You overbooked on Saturday.with you clearly its all about the money. Not customer service. more
