This is my first review ever and I am prompted to write because I have been so impressed by the level of professionalism delivered by the Brodsky organization from the doormen in my building to the high level staff at the Brodsky Organization. They had no reason to take care of me in the beginning as I was a a tenant inherited from a building they bought. They not only helped me find another apartment that suited me but were extremely kind, courteous and understanding of the difficult situation I found myself in -- moving my child during his school year. I moved into another Brodsky Building thanks to the honest and very practical advice of Michelle Frucht (Director of Leasing). She is truly an unexpected find in the Real Estate world ... a professional who is efficient, excellent at what she does and is genuinely people-oriented. I believe the Brodsky organization must be well run since the staff in my building 420 W. 42nd Street including Doug who runs the rental office and all the staff at the main Brodsky organization are just easy to deal with and great at what they do. I highly recommend them and their buildings. While I understand that others may have a different perspective I stand by my experience of the Brodsky organization having lived in two of their buildings.
