What a great service experience! We went with Ductworks on the recommendation of an HVAC company we use and respect. Nick, our technician, was courteous, polite and extremely efficient. He examined our 1951-era cast iron ducts and explained exactly how he would clean them. Afterwards, he showed me the before and after photos he'd taken; I was amazed at the difference! Nick also had post-cleaning recommendations on air filters and future duct cleanings after we replace our old furnace. Thank you, Ductworks, for having such an excellent employee in Nick!
