Was hesitant to call out for help on a partially done theater system that has never performed up to par. We really did not know how to make any thing work. Like owning a mercedes but not knowing how to drive it.. Audio Insight showed us how to use our system, and programmed everything into one remote which we can understand and control... So happy we called them and I recommend them highly. Very professional, very patient to explain things.
