The door itself was fine after we figured out to install. The installation manual was awful. It would be ok for someone that has installed them before. My brother and I are construction minded and figure out almost anything but this door install had us. We emailed and talked to someone. After several calls we finally found out what was wrong but the installation manual needs a lot of help. RESPONSE FROM DOORS DIRECT: We offer a detailed installation guide, a stage by stage video guide on our web site and telephone and email support. I am sorry that none of these were of help to you. We can also give you details of professional door installers in your area that could help in the future. more
