I placed an order for a 12x12 door from the website and someone called back the following day to verify the order. She also talked to me about the application and recommended a slightly different door for about the same price. The door arrived in about a week and was well packaged in a large wooden crate. The installation instructions were helpful and it went up without much trouble. It is a 2-person job and you will need a forklift to install the door.
