The door we received was less expensive and better quality than competing doors at Lowes or Home Depot. Customer service was very good when I initiated the call. My only criticism is that I had to be the one to check on my order. I would have liked more proactive instead of reactive service. All in all, I would recommend this option. I installed the door myself with a neighbor without ever having done one, and it was simple to do. It is absolutely a 2 person job, as winding and unwinding the spring is very dangerous. I went to Home Depot and bought a 1/2 steel bar to do this. Never use a screwdriver.
