We were so pleased with the gentleman from Nebraska Home Appliance, truly. As far as I can recall, it was because of his care and concern and excellent work. He was just a very, very nice man. It's been a while, but from what I remember he did a terrific job putting in our new dryer and was just very courteous and kind the whole time.
