I feel badly that I didn't comment last year after being devastated about admitting my child to a recovery program. I am compelled to write today because in the last week, I have come across 2 more people adversely affected by her. Robin testified that there were no real differences between their father’s house and mine and that it was ok for my children to spend more time with their father (addict and alcoholic). This, in spite of her having the drawings of his drug pipes by each of the children 7 years earlier. The only difference was that I was no longer paying her and she was on their father's payroll. I had been warned about her by my own attorney, but naively thought I could trust her. I know I have to forgive her one day, but in the mean time I need to let other parents know to avoid at all costs. Worst part of my divorce too!
