While the repair was done promptly and my car was back to me well before I had requested it, I was disappointed that I had a breakdown to begin with. I have my car regularly serviced by you, and I would have expected your inspection to catch the fact my battery connectors were too worn and the battery needed replacement. Instead, my car "died" in the drive-through at a Wells Fargo in Duluth, 60 miles from home!
Overall, you do a great job. Looking for a new mechanic is the farthest thing from my mind, so I hope you will take this as an opportunity to improve your service.
