My vehicle had been serviced from "another" recommended shop so I knew of the issues but they recommended me to research new tires myself, as they would be very expensive at this other place. That was okay but when my car broke down with tire issues before I could get them, they not only did the research for me to get the tires at a great price but at my request verified what needed to be fixed and even recommended things to do that will save me money; but "not reduce any quality." I will keep my car now as I don't have a doom and gloom feeling with this car, that has been so good to me. I am now not just a fly by night customer in trouble but a friend for life. Thank God for people like them.
