My husband and I purchased here in 2010 and got a great deal! Since purchasing our unit, the price of condos here have increased by 40K which we could care less about, since we plan on staying forever. What a well run HOA nicest folks you could ever meet. Never a special assessment never a problem. The HOA does require background checks on rentals, which is probably why the place is so quiet and we have no crime. We were lucky to buy when we did as there are hardly ever any units here for sale, once you live here you never want to leave. I recommend this HOA for those who enjoy peace and quiet and great neighbors.
