I like the convenience of the shop but am seriously worried about repair quality. Every repair I have had there I have had to come back to fix a small item left undone or done wrong. My last complaint was met with damage to my car. At this point, I am not sure it was poor workmanship or revenge for my complaints. What worries me most is that if I can see poor work EVERY time, imagine what I cannot see. The people there are so nice. I wish someone there would focus on repair quality and maybe fire a bad mechanic. Prices are the best I have seen.
