the delivery arrived 40 minutes after I ordered it, which was 30 minutes sooner than the estimated delivery time. The soup was still very hot. everything tasted great. However, despite the fact that I did NOT check the box indicating I would provide my own utensils, the food arrived without napkins or spoons for the soup. After the hefty tip and the delivery surcharges I paid, I would have expected utensils and napkins!
