My experience with Welzig has been great. They had come out a few times over the past 8 years to service my furnace, air conditioner, and clean my air ducts. They were always on time, friendly, presented me with helpful information, and never tried to sell me anything. So this past May, my air conditioner and furnace needed to be replaced. In less than a week from my call I was going out of town for an extended period of time. They got everything ordered and installed before I left. They never asked me to upgrade anything let alone put pressure on me. It was a very easy process. In fact, I was wondering about the furnace tax credit. They encouraged me not to buy the unit that would qualify because it was very expensive and not needed for my type of house. The tax savings was not worth the cost of the unit for me. I have been very happy with my install. I would recommend Welzig heating and air.
