Twin City Tire of Eden Prairie is the BEST! I have not been in for service for a few years because we had newer cars that did not need service. However, when did I come in a few days ago for new tires, Bill remembered me right away! It was so nice to be back. Bill took the time to listen to what I wanted and to match it to what I needed. He went out of his way to call around and find the best deal for me on tire rims. He helped me make my vehicle safe for winter driving for my newly licensed boys. I trust him implicitly and know from many past experiences that he will never over sell or under sell me. Bill is a professional with tons of knowledge, in fact, everyone there is knowledgable, friendly, helpful and puts the customer's best interests and safety first and foremost. You will know how great they are when you walk in the door. As a woman, it is nice to know that I can go someplace I trust so much and I do not have to worry that I am paying for things I do not need. Bill and his staff make me feel valued and respected.
