Woke up on Saturday to a horrible odor in the basement...found out the sewer had backed up into our storage room and into the carpeted portion of the basement. We immediately called Roto-rooter and Aaron was out within the hour. He fixed the blocked pipe and also suggested additional service with the field supervisor because something still didn't seem right. He gave us a good deal, was effective and timely. Couldn't be happier with the service.
